Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
- Proactively source, screen, and engage talent through various platforms (e.g. job portals, social media, networking events)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and contribute to data-driven improvements in hiring
- Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate engagement
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders from Mainland China and Taiwan
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is preferred
- Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
