Job Description

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage talent through various platforms (e.g. job portals, social media, networking events)
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview logistics
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics and contribute to data-driven improvements in hiring
  • Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate engagement

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with stakeholders from Mainland China and Taiwan
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools is preferred
  • Strong sense of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail
