Job Description
- Design and create training programs tailored to meet organizational goals and employee needs.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and multimedia visual aids to support effective learning.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring participants' comprehension and skill acquisition.
- Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants and incorporate suggestions for continuous improvement
What we are looking for
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, good at presentation skills.
- A minimum of two years of training experience is required.
- Research, planning, organizing, time management and high level of administrative skill.
- Problem solving skills and ability to adapt fast to change.
- Creative thinking skills and ability to address issues proactively.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently as well as work flexible schedules / shift hours when needed.
- Ability to organize, multitask and exercise time management.
- Ability to consistently exercise discretion and judgment in creative endeavors.
- Ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds; possess strong training skill.
- Ability to accommodate various interpersonal and communication styles.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
