Job Description

  • Design and create training programs tailored to meet organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and multimedia visual aids to support effective learning.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
  • Deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring participants' comprehension and skill acquisition.
  • Identify training needs through collaboration with department heads, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant.
  • Implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Provide constructive feedback to participants and incorporate suggestions for continuous improvement

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, good at presentation skills.
  • A minimum of two years of training experience is required.
  • Research, planning, organizing, time management and high level of administrative skill.
  • Problem solving skills and ability to adapt fast to change.
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to address issues proactively.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently as well as work flexible schedules / shift hours when needed.
  • Ability to organize, multitask and exercise time management.
  • Ability to consistently exercise discretion and judgment in creative endeavors.
  • Ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds; possess strong training skill.
  • Ability to accommodate various interpersonal and communication styles.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Can-do attitude.
