Job Description
- Design static, animated, and video ad creatives tailored for paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters and stakeholders to align visuals with campaign objectives and brand tone.
- Diligently conduct A/B test on design variations and optimize creatives based on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing for creative experimentation and innovation.
What we are looking for
- Min. 2 years of experience in graphic or motion design, preferably with a focus on paid advertising
- Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives and marketing-focused designs (static, motion, and video formats).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
- Experience designing for Meta Ads, Google Display, TikTok Ads, and other performance platforms.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnel stages and user behavior.
- Attention to detail, ability to work fast and manage multiple deadlines.
- Familiar with creative analytics platforms (e.g., Motion, Pencil, or Meta Ad Library).
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a need due to business needs.
