Job Description
- Segment KOLs into different tiers and design tailored collaboration plans per phase OKRs.
- Align KOL campaigns with roadmap, focusing first on channel activation, then brand & event support.
- Identify, pitch and negotiate contracts with YouTube and TikTok
- Manage content calendars, deliverable schedules, and compliance reviews via a centralized tracking tool.
- Collaborate with in-house design and media teams to repurpose KOL content into paid ads and social posts
- Track KPI metrics and deliver weekly ROI reports and reallocate budget toward top-performing KOL partnerships.
- Work closely with Brand, Paid Media, Product, BI, and Community teams to ensure KOL efforts sync with broader marketing initiatives such as the "Investor Challenge" series and referral programs.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years in influencer marketing or digital media, preferably within finance or fintech
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook ecosystems
- Excellent negotiation, project management, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficient in Mandarin and English; familiarity with marketing analytics tools (Brandwatch, Socialbakers) is a plus.
