Job Description

  • Supporting the full HR lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, development, retention, and offboarding
  • Communicating clearly and warmly with our multicultural teams
  • Planning and running engaging team events
  • Working with HR tools: HRS, ATS, and communication tools
  • Creating and updating HR policies to keep things smooth and efficient
  • Using HR analytics to continuously improve processes
  • Leading KPI development and conducting employee surveys
  • Promoting and nurturing a strong, positive corporate culture
  • Assisting with relocation and migration support

What we are looking for

  • 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Comfortable working in hybrid, cross-cultural teams
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re someone people feel good talking to
  • Fluent in English and Russian
