Job Description

• Participate in internal audit processes and lead follow-up improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Consolidate PSP and cash flow analyses into regular management reports to support financial decision-making and funding strategies.
• Review and enhance cash flow forecasting models to improve capital utilization and ensure agile liquidity management.
• Collaborate with the finance manager in cross-functional coordination and prepare executive-level presentations to support business needs.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing fixed deposits and short-term investments to maximize idle fund returns and overall yield.
• Supervise a small finance team, with responsibilities including task delegation, timeline monitoring, and team development.

What we are looking for

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent.
• At least 4 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, prefer in financial industry
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. • Good proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office / Program (General Functions of Excel).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the business nature needed).
• Able to start immediately / in short notice period is an added advantage
