Job Description
- Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and managed
- Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner
- Adopt a proactive approach to grow clients base through client referrals and networking
- Actively follow up on leads via client referrals and networking
- Provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients
- Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns as directed by manager
- Assist on client behaviour analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 months of experience in customer support or sales within the Forex industry, or a recent graduate with strong academic performance in Finance.
- Knowledge of the fintech industry (CFD/Crypto) is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second European language is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Effective customer service skills and a collaborative team player.
