Job Description
- Responsible for training initiatives, design and deliver customized training programs aligned with company strategy and industry trends.
- Leverage the company’s training platform including design, deliver, and promote training courses.
- Develop learning programs and workshops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, gather participant feedback, and continuously optimize training content and delivery methods.
- Collaborate closely with global HR team members to drive learning and development initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related fields.
- 8+ years of corporate training experience; international training certification is a plus.
- Experience in design and implement workshop and Business Simulation Exercise
- Proficient in training facilitation and workshop methodologies, with the ability to design strategic-level workshop topics.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to collaborate across regional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adjust training programs based on business needs.
- Strong team player, proactive, and highly responsible.
- Able to use English and Chinese as working languages to work with mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
