Job Description

• Define and lead the product strategy for integrating core exchange products (spot, perpetual, margin, options)
• Benchmark against top-tier CEXs and translate insights into actionable product plans
• Coordinate across BD, legal, ops, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance alignment
• Guide the launch of structured income products (e.g., earn plans, dual-currency, staking) with clear risk/return modeling
• Manage a small product strategy team (1–2 FTEs); report directly to senior stakeholders

What we are looking for

• Strong knowledge of centralized exchanges (CEX) and their core products
• Familiarity with order book mechanisms, matching engines, and index/oracle-based price feeds
• Experience with perpetual swaps, margin mechanics, clearing logic, and settlement systems
• Clear understanding of how yield-generating fintech products work and how to model their risks/rewards
• Past experience navigating token listing processes, product compliance, and structured documentation with legal teams
• Able to manage full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including API-level specifications and UAT
• Experience aligning cross-functional teams toward a product goal, especially in high-stakes environments
• Proven track record of owning roadmap decisions with a bias for clarity, speed, and accountability
• Comfortable presenting product direction to leadership, navigating trade-offs, and defending strategic decisions
• Experience writing clear PRDs, product specs, and coordinating with frontend/backend development teams
