Job Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for key roles across departments
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, align on strategy, and advise on market trends
  • Source and engage top passive candidates through direct outreach and targeted search campaigns
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
  • Leverage data to measure success and continuously refine sourcing strategies
  • Contribute to talent mapping, pipeline building, and competitor insights
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and internal stakeholders

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in an agency, executive search, or RPO setting
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing passive talent, ideally in high-growth or technical environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
  • Recruitment experience in the finance, fintech, or crypto industry is a strong plus
  • A passion for talent, speed, and precision
