Job Description
- Own full-cycle recruitment for key roles across departments
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, align on strategy, and advise on market trends
- Source and engage top passive candidates through direct outreach and targeted search campaigns
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our brand and values
- Leverage data to measure success and continuously refine sourcing strategies
- Contribute to talent mapping, pipeline building, and competitor insights
- Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and internal stakeholders
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in an agency, executive search, or RPO setting
- Proven success in sourcing and closing passive talent, ideally in high-growth or technical environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
- Experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
- Recruitment experience in the finance, fintech, or crypto industry is a strong plus
- A passion for talent, speed, and precision
