Job Description
- Supporting the full HR lifecycle: onboarding, adaptation, development, retention, and offboarding
- Communicating clearly and warmly with our multicultural teams
- Planning and running engaging team events
- Working with HR tools: HRS, ATS, and communication tools
- Creating and updating HR policies to keep things smooth and efficient
- Using HR analytics to continuously improve processes
- Leading KPI development and conducting employee surveys
- Promoting and nurturing a strong, positive corporate culture
- Assisting with relocation and migration support
What we are looking for
- 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Comfortable working in hybrid, cross-cultural teams
- Excellent communication skills – you’re someone people feel good talking to
- Fluent in English and Russian
