Job Description

  • Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and managed
  • Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner
  • Adopt a proactive approach to grow clients base through client referrals and networking
  • Actively follow up on leads via client referrals and networking
  • Provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients
  • Plan and execute marketing events, campaigns as directed by manager
  • Assist on client behaviour analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 months of experience in customer support or sales within the Forex industry, or a recent graduate with strong academic performance in Finance.
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry (CFD/Crypto) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second European language is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Effective customer service skills and a collaborative team player.
