Job Description
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for technical and risk management roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in regional talent acquisition, with a focus on technical, Risk or Compliance roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, including sourcing platforms, ATS, and networking strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both chinese and english speaking stakeholders at all levels.
