Job Description

  • Develop, build, and maintain the QC/QA standards.
  • In charge for the second review of monthly QC/QA standards.
  • Support the one-to-one discussions of individual CS members.
  • Support and help individual CS members improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support.
  • Create reports that reflect support performance.
  • Work with the trainer on training plans, internal support resources, procedures, and guides.
  • Ensure the internal resources and documents are up to date.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders/ other departments to gather feedback, resolve issues, and assist in implementing improvement measures.
  • Complete other relevant tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business study or any related field.
  • Honest, meticulous in work, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Hands-on experience in quality assurance.
  • Proven record of ability to communicate (negative) feedback and coaching skills.
  • Good organizational skills, and knowledge of goal setting practices.
