Job Description
- Oversee daily team operations, assign tasks to team members, and set quarterly and annual KPIs, as well as conduct performance evaluations.
- Actively coordinate with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Facilitate smooth communication between front-line sales and back-office support teams, ensuring streamlined workflows and operational excellence.
- Possess a thorough understanding of business processes, and provide training and guidance to team members to achieve team goals collaboratively.
- Prepare and present monthly reports to department leadership on team performance, project progress, challenges encountered, and recommended solutions.
- Review, evaluate, and continuously optimize operational procedures to improve team efficiency.
- Prioritize tasks and handle operations in accordance with customer needs and overall business conditions.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience; candidates with backgrounds in finance or fintech industries will be given priority.
- Proficiency in Japanese with a JLPT N1 certificate is required; strong English communication skills are a plus.
- Willingness to work on public holidays on a rotational basis (overtime compensation provided in accordance with labor regulations).
