Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Leverage market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of talent acquisition experience, preferably in fintech, tech, or recruitment agency settings
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage both chinese and english speaking stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
