Senior Product Manager – Trading Experience Optimisation

Job Description

  • Optimise the Interaction Design of the entire process from order to closing to settlement, balancing the efficiency of professional traders and the ease of use for beginners.
  • Design quick features for high-frequency trading scenarios, and evaluate technical feasibility with the engineering team.
  • Monitor key metrics, identify user experience bottle necks, and propose A/B testing plans.
  • Analyse differences in bahaviour between large and small investors and design a layered experience strategy.
  • Collaborate with risk control team to optimize trading rule prompts, reducing user misoperations.
  • Promote the improvement of the usability of API documentation and developer tools, to serve quantitative trading users.
  • Consistently analyse functions of competitors, extract best practices and drive innovation.
  • Track the trend of derivatives and plan the trading product matrix.

What we are looking for

  • At least 4 years of experience in financial/trading products, with a background in exchanges, securities firms, and quantitative platforms preferred.
  • Proficient in the design logic of trading modules such as order books, K-Line charts and funding rates; familiarity with FIX protocol or trading API will be advantageous.
  • Strong Data Analysis skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
