Job Description
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of expatriate mobility services, including visa and work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for expatriate employees and internal stakeholders regarding mobility matters.
- Coordinate the preparation, verification, and submission of required documentation with the requester and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all immigration laws, statutory regulations, and internal mobility policies.
- Manage timelines and documentation for expatriate interviews, appointments with immigration offices, and related processes.
- Monitor and plan work permit quotas to ensure alignment with business needs and regulatory constraints.
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and external vendors to facilitate smooth processing of immigration-related matters.
- Support internal teams with guidance and advisory on expatriate management and immigration procedures.
- Register and maintain the company’s business account with immigration bodies and ensure the accuracy of submitted information.
- Keep abreast of changes in immigration laws and regulations and update internal procedures accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to expatriate status, permit validity, and compliance tracking.
- Support internal and external audits related to mobility documentation and processes.
What we are looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in expatriate or mobility management, preferably within a shared services or multinational environment.
