Job Description

• Build, set up, and maintain development tools and infrastructure crucial for project success.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and frequent updates to our trading platform.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and environments to support scalable and reliable operations.
• Implement integrations and automation processes to streamline development and release cycles.
• Ensure the integrity and security of systems to protect against cybersecurity threats.
• Work closely with software developers and engineers to ensure best practices are followed and the developmental goals align with business objectives.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop applications for automated visualization and integration with internal backend systems.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years in DevOps roles, preferably in financial services or a similarly demanding sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with major cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), container orchestration (especially Kubernetes), and infrastructure automation tools (such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef).
• Proficiency in using Git and understanding of Git workflows. Experience with scripting and programming languages.
• Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with database management practices.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills essential for teamwork and project success.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, enabling effective communication across multilingual teams and stakeholders.
