Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for commercial roles.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in regional talent acquisition, with a focus on commercial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools, including sourcing platforms, ATS, and networking strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both chinese and english speaking stakeholders at all levels.
