Job Description
- Organize and compile business data to support team operations.
- Coordinate meetings and document key discussion points.
- Manage departmental files and track internal administrative processes.
- Handle vendor documents and respond to routine business inquiries.
- Facilitate cross-department coordination to ensure project progress.
- Assist with tasks assigned by the supervisor.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an operations or support role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
