Job Description

  • Organize and compile business data to support team operations.
  • Coordinate meetings and document key discussion points.
  • Manage departmental files and track internal administrative processes.
  • Handle vendor documents and respond to routine business inquiries.
  • Facilitate cross-department coordination to ensure project progress.
  • Assist with tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an operations or support role; Fresh graduates with a passion in project management are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
