Job Description
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees through HRMS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, salaries, bonuses, deductions, and tax information through HRMS.
- Ensure payroll practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, including tax filings and reporting requirements.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees in a timely manner.
- Generate payroll reports and summaries for management review and auditing purposes from the HRMS.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits and deductions, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all payroll transactions and records.
- Support the implementation of HRMS payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
What we are looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good understanding of payroll principles and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
