Job Description
- Responsible for customer data review and account opening.
- Verify documents submitted by client within specific regions.
- Handle customer requests and solve issue by email/ live chat.
- Collected and reported departmental data.
- Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters.
- Process withdrawal.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks being assigned.
What we are looking for
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in basic office skills such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Cheerful personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts (Including weekends if required).
