Job Description

• Assist in handling cross-border legal and compliance matters
• Draft legal documents, regulatory filings, and internal compliance policies under the guidance of senior counsel
• Conduct legal research on multi-jurisdictional financial regulations and trends in fintech and digital assets
• Work with international business and legal teams on a variety of strategic initiatives
• Participate in internal training and knowledge sharing with legal peers across global offices

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a top Malaysian university (or international law school with local ties)
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken, are a must
• Interest in financial regulation, fintech, digital finance, and cross-border business
• Motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
• Prior legal internship or paralegal experience preferred, but not essential
