Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced solutions, including reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Mentor a team of data analysts, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, finance, operations) to gather requirements and deliver scalable, actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are upheld across all BI deliverables.
• Leverage expertise in payment to deliver fast, accurate insights into financial operations.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior leadership, presenting insights and recommendations in a clear, impactful manner.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or above, majors in mathematics, statistics, information systems, finance, business analysis, etc. are preferred.
• More than 3 years of Data Analysis and data reporting experience, with payment/finance/platform enterprise background preferred.
• Proficient in using Excel, Power BI or Tableau, with good awareness of chart structure design.
• Familiar with SQL, able to independently extract and process multi-source data.
• Strong data logic, business sensitivity and "storytelling" ability, good at interpreting data in business language.
• Excellent communication skills, able to coordinate with the boss/product/risk control/finance team.
• Mature and stable personality, able to undertake high-pressure reporting tasks across regions, adaptable to rapidly changing rhythms.
• Able to report and present data in English. Proficiency in Chinese is required for communicating with stakeholders and interpreting data or materials from Chinese-speaking markets.
