Job Description
- Develop and manage marketing strategies for various DSP platforms and channels.
- Set up and manage DSP advertising campaigns with precision; familiarity with Appsflyer integration is essential.
- Possess a strong understanding of DSP inventory, including both app and web traffic, and maintain relationships with DSP platforms of various scales.
- Plan and allocate large-scale advertising budgets with the ability to adjust based on real-time market conditions.
- Continuously optimize campaign strategies based on product features and market dynamics.
- Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics in real time (CTR, CVR, ROAS, etc.) to evaluate performance and drive ongoing optimization.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners and provide regular performance reports and insights.
- Industry experience in finance, cryptocurrency, lending, or payment services (especially global markets) is strongly preferred.
What we are looking for
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with programmatic platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Criteo, etc., as well as DMPs and ad exchanges.
- Familiarity with the cryptocurrency or gaming sectors; solid understanding of industry trends and user behavior.
- Experienced in managing programmatic guaranteed and private marketplace (PMP) deals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance KPIs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
