Job Description

  • Develop team strategies to ensure alignment with the group's overall objectives.
  • Manage the team, including performance evaluation, training, and work allocation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and international service providers.
  • Supervise the team’s work progress to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Regularly report to senior management on team progress and propose improvement measures.

What we are looking for

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Law, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate governance, offshore company management, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficient in offshore company incorporation, maintenance, modification, and dissolution processes.
  • Strong cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills for seamless coordination with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to develop and optimize SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations and provide professional advice.
  • Languages: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
