Job Description
- Partner directly with the COO to drive strategic and operational projects from planning to execution and review.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Corporate Secretarial teams to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day initiatives.
- Manage group-level initiatives such as entity setup, regulatory filings, restructuring, bank account openings, and process standardization.
- Maintain clear project documentation, track deliverables and timelines, and proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact progress.
- Support governance and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or corporate secretarial roles.
- Solid understanding of corporate governance, entity lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering results under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) to liaise with regional stakeholders.
