Job Description
- Provide ongoing compliance support to a consortium of licensed entities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Monitor, review, and assess the regulatory landscape changes, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and operational teams to resolve compliance issues.
- Prepare and fulfill reporting obligations to relevant authorities, as required.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that may impact the organization.
- Investigate and report potential compliance breaches, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certificates (e.g., ICA, CAMS) are a plus.
