Job Description
- Establish a full knowledge of platform features and promotions
- Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and managed
- Ensure that allocated clients are well up-to-update about latest offers and campaigns
- Reactivate allocated clients to deposit and trade again by using platforms and apps
- Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner
- Provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients
- Assist on client behaviour analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Past experience in customer support or sales in the trading industry.
- Knowledge of the fintech industry is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second European language is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Effective customer service skills and a collaborative team player.
