Job Description

  • Establish a full knowledge of platform features and promotions
  • Ensure that allocated clients are introduced/contacted regularly and managed
  • Ensure that allocated clients are well up-to-update about latest offers and campaigns
  • Reactivate allocated clients to deposit and trade again by using platforms and apps
  • Ensure that disputes and queries from clients can be solved in a timely manner
  • Provide market commentaries and market training sessions exclusively for clients
  • Assist on client behaviour analysis and provide reporting on market and trading activities

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Past experience in customer support or sales in the trading industry.
  • Knowledge of the fintech industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a second European language is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Effective customer service skills and a collaborative team player.
