Job Description
- Develop a strong understanding of the platform (Web & App), tools, and promotions
- Proactively manage and re-engage a portfolio of clients through personalized communication
- Reactivate inactive accounts by promoting current offers and campaigns
- Deliver market insights and exclusive training sessions to support client trading activity
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Analyse client behaviour and support reporting on trading trends and market activity
What we are looking for
- Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in customer support, account management, or sales within the Forex industry
- Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus
- Strong communication, multitasking, and relationship-building skills
- A team player who’s proactive, organized, and results-oriented
