Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operation of card products, including but not limited to user growth, transaction volume improvement, etc.
- Develop and implement Card Product Operation Strategy, plan and implement operation activities, and promote business development.
- Combine card business data to analyze business development and operation, and provide effective suggestions for product optimization.
- Develop and improve the handling procedures and norms for chargebacks and disputes, as well as relevant dispute investigation and handling.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance/economics/marketing, etc.
- At least 5 years working experience in banks, credit card centers or third-party payment institutions, familiar with credit card business, risk management, user operation, etc.
- Have experience in Internet financial Product Operation, familiar with the operation mode of card products and client base consumption habits.
- Strong Data Analysis ability, able to drive operation strategies through Data.
- Excellent communication skills/cross-team collaboration, as well as good copywriting and event planning skills.
