Job Description
- Develop and execute global marketing strategies before and after the public blockchain launch, covering key milestones such as mainnet launch, node recruitment, and developer ecosystem expansion.
- Design and manage community governance mechanisms, drive DAO governance model implementation, and coordinate interests among developers, miners/validators, and users.
- Plan and execute global hackathons, AMAs, technical seminars, and other events, designing incentive programs based on smart contract features (e.g., liquidity mining, NFT rewards).
- Produce technical documents, whitepaper explanation videos, node setup tutorials, etc., in both Chinese and English, and distribute content across global platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Xiaohongshu.
- Monitor on-chain data (TPS, block propagation time, node distribution) and analyze user behavior using tools like Dune Analytics and Nansen.
- Optimize the token economy model based on data insights and design operational strategies such as staking rewards and gas fee subsidies to enhance network activity.
- Establish security response mechanisms and develop contingency plans for incidents such as smart contract vulnerabilities and network congestion.
- Manage public relations and maintain community trust, addressing sensitive topics such as consensus mechanism adjustments.
What we are looking for
- Over 3 years of experience in the blockchain industry, with at least one 0-to-1 operational case in a public blockchain or DeFi project.
- Proficient in consensus mechanisms (PoS/PoW/BFT) and familiar with ecosystem operation challenges, as well as the characteristics of Rust/Go developer communities.
- Fluent in English (CET-6/IELTS 6.5+), capable of writing technical documents and hosting community meetings in English.
- Strong blockchain data analysis skills, proficient in using Google Analytics, SQL, and Python for on-chain data modeling.
- Familiar with Web3 collaboration tools such as GitHub, Discord bot management, and Snapshot voting systems.
- Sensitive to regulatory policies, with the ability to balance compliance requirements and decentralization principles.
- Strong stress management skills, adaptable to cross-time zone collaboration (aligning with North America/Asia market operations).
