Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Leverage regional market insights to identify top talent and build strong pipelines for key positions.
- Partner with HR and leadership teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of regional talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on hiring for Technology and Corporate Functions. Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust with both Chinese and English-speaking stakeholders across all levels.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
