Job Description
- Develop, build, and maintain the QC/QA standards.
- In charge for the second review of monthly QC/QA standards.
- Support the one-to-one discussions of individual CS members.
- Support and help individual CS members improve their performance with specific instructions and constant support.
- Create reports that reflect support performance.
- Work with the trainer on training plans, internal support resources, procedures, and guides.
- Ensure the internal resources and documents are up to date.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders/ other departments to gather feedback, resolve issues, and assist in implementing improvement measures.
- Complete other relevant tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business study or any related field.
- Honest, meticulous in work, and a sense of responsibility.
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance.
- Proven record of ability to communicate (negative) feedback and coaching skills.
- Good organizational skills, and knowledge of goal setting practices.
