Job Description
- Develop and facilitate high-impact programs (e.g., communication, leadership, emotional intelligence) tailored to diverse employee needs in SEA office.
- Work hand-in-hand with HRBPs, to conduct deep-dive needs assessments and align training with business priorities.
- Adapt content, materials, and delivery methods to address specific challenges, ensuring training translates into real-world performance gains.
- Utilize our DLearning platform and Lark to deliver seamless virtual training—from pre-session prep to post-training follow-ups.
- Analyze feedback and training metrics to continuously refine programs for maximum effectiveness.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Education, Psychology, or related fields (preferred).
- 5+ years in training with a proven ability to design and deliver impactful programs.
- Strong diagnostic skills—able to uncover training needs through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
- Expertise in developing interactive, practical training using instructional design principles.
- Comfortable with digital tools (Lark, DLearning) to manage and deliver virtual training.
- Skilled at engaging diverse teams, especially in Malaysia, with cultural sensitivity.
- Adapts quickly to feedback and evolving business needs to optimize training.
