Job Description

  • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
  • Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
  • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
  • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
  • Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notice

What we are looking for

  • Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Language skills: Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • At least 1 -2 years of relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends when required.
