Job Description
- Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email.
- Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion.
- Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
- Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notice
What we are looking for
- Minimum qualification: SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Language skills: Proficient in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 1 -2 years of relevant working experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends when required.
